Responsibilities
Help identify, diagnose and build solutions for the company’s highest-priority problems.
Support the strategic planning process and company operating system.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and strike teams.
Partner with executives to define and achieve our company OKRs.
Ensure leaders constantly have a pulse on the health of the business.
Use data to identify the areas we should be working on.
Serve as the primary owners of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Guide some of the company’s most impactful, diverse and complex, strategic cross-functional projects across departments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
5+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy-based roles
Advanced proficiency with SQL and GSheets/Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, discrete chunks
Experience in building trust and collaborating effectively alongside multiple stakeholders and executives in a fast moving environment
Preferred
1+ years of experience at a high growth startup
Familiarity in leveraging Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to drive and communicate insights
Expertise in directly running or overseeing planning process / project management
Experience in launching a new product, business line, and/or initiative from ideation to delivery
