Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of existing SDR’s to qualify and book demos for the Mid-Market team and build out a team of BDR’s for outbound prospecting/lead gen initiatives.
Generating leads: You will be responsible for finding potential customers/leads. This may involve prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, networking, etc.
Building relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects. This includes understanding their needs, providing compelling reasons to engage with us, and being responsive to their inquiries and concerns. Building trust and rapport is crucial for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skilled in identifying and addressing prospects objections, showcasing the value proposition.
Meeting sales targets: You will be assigned specific sales targets to achieve. You must actively work towards meeting or exceeding these targets by employing effective sales strategies, managing your time efficiently, and consistently following up with leads and customers.
Keeping records and reporting: You are responsible for accurately maintaining records of your sales activities in our CRM, including customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress.
Identify, engage with, and drive business growth with Markets and key Companies consistent with the growth strategy of the business.
Identify/profile key contacts (e.g. decision-makers, influencers, road-mappers)
Leverage EHS Insight Sales and Marketing support materials and messaging to deliver compelling unique sales propositions (USPs) to key contacts. Provide Company and Market feedback on materials/messaging to enable continuous improvement.

Required
Must be able to handle cold callings and outbound duties.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
Clear and concise communication both written and oral.
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and attention to metrics/KPI’s
Results and detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to prioritize work; makes decisions within the scope of their responsibilities while requiring minimal guidance or oversight from superiors.
Must be MS Office proficient.
Must be a team player, contributing to the success of the team while soliciting and incorporating feedback on their own work items.
Must be comfortable working in an environment that values transparency and honest feedback.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must have 5-7 years of experience.
Must be comfortable leading a team, presenting in large groups with mixed audiences.
