Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients using outbound sales techniques.
Re-engage and nurture relationships with previous prospects to drive sales growth.
Manage a high volume of communication via phone and email to qualify and convert leads into customers for the Fundraising Consultant team.
Personalize messaging and adapt communication style to engage with target audiences effectively.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the sales CRM system, following established processes to ensure data integrity.
Provide valuable feedback to BDR Managers and Sales Leadership on strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the BDR role.
Collaborate with team members to share and implement best practices for sales success.
Articulate LuxGive's unique value proposition and approach to fundraising for potential clients.
Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape of current nonprofit conditions.
Continuously develop and refine sales skills and knowledge to meet or exceed performance goals.

Required
Previous experience in hospitality within the travel industry, ideally with experience abroad traveling and/or living.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management and organization skills.
Competitive drive and the ability to self-motivate to meet and exceed expectations.
