Responsibilities

Provide analytical and operational services to support the Sales Discounting lifecycle, focusing on servicing legacy deals through the end of their current lifecycle.
Deal Analysis Services: Request triage, processing, and analysis of deal and discounting attributes according to defined processes and standards.
Provide operational support, including the documentation and updating of respective forms, contract amendments, tools, and applications.
Operational Support: Maintain and optimize processes related to manual discounting, including managing legacy deals and contract amendments.
Deal Management Oversight: Coordination & follow-up with cross-functional stakeholders, including Revenue Accounting, Sales Teams, Legal, and other cross-functional partners, to ensure smooth operational execution.
Utilize a combination of internal systems and tools to execute processes as detailed in existing documentation.
Proactively engage with internal teams and global stakeholders to confirm deal requirements and pricing details for processing.
Ensure requests are complete and contain the necessary information to progress through sales stages for hand-off to downstream teams.
Troubleshoot errors and provide clear instructions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Act as a primary point of contact for all aspects of the sales process, including questions related to contracts, deal status, and process adherence.
Collaborate with Sales to structure quotes and ensure company standards are followed.
Review and validate that quotes and agreements comply with discounting policies and procedures.
Focus on process development, optimizing manual discounting processes, and connecting the dots between various processes to support new business needs.

Required

3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal management, contract management/due diligence, with a strong focus on manual discounting processes.
Experience in process development and optimization, particularly related to discounting processes.
Proficient in Salesforce and Business Productivity Apps.
Background in technology environments/clients and working with high ambiguity.
Strong independent worker with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Experience in providing sales ops support in contract management and discounting spaces.
Strong knowledge of Sales Operations, preferably in a high-tech industry.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with support from management.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timely adherence to deadlines.
Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence with various internal and external parties.
Flexible scheduling as required to support different time zones and during critical periods such as Month/Quarter/Year End close.
Critical thinking skills to justify and validate the accuracy of all booking documents.
Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous environments.
Strong process-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate impacts, assess changes, and drive alignment across various workstreams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to manage expectations and deliver successful outcomes aligned with strategy.

Preferred

Experience with tech clients in Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Advertising.
Familiarity with SOX, CPQ, and discounting tools/processes.
Technical background is a significant plus.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, with some flexibility on educational background.
