Responsibilities

Support the Safety and Grocery teams in implementing a Recall Process

Quickly identify impacted customers and products

Follow prepared templates for communication of recalls via CRM

Collaborate with different teams

Communicate updates

Identify areas for improvement

Report to the Catalog Safety team

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business, legal, marketing, data science, and customer support

Required

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related fields

3+ years of experience in Operations, Process Management, or Business Analytics roles

Familiarity with SQL and Google Sheets for independently developing queries, tracking, and reporting

Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Detail-oriented and willing to learn Uber's internal processes and tools
