Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions, including financial modeling and risk assessments.
Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions with a focus on Okta and cloud-based systems.
Perform user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and application integration.
Automate deployments and workflows using tools like Jenkins or related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications.
Develop detailed documentation for data flow, deployment architecture, and processes.
Ensure alignment with best practices and methodologies for IAM projects.
Provide technical oversight and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.

Required
12 years of experience in IAM tools and processes, including IBM Security Identity Manager and LDAP best practices.
12 years of experience in authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
10 years of experience designing and implementing Okta solutions, including multi-tenant environments and integrations.
10 years of experience with authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
10 years of experience automating IAM deployments using Jenkins or similar tools.
10 years of experience in cloud-based IAM solutions, preferably leveraging AWS.
Hands-on expertise with End-to-End deployment of Okta and SailPoint.
Preferred
12 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, LDAP repositories, and related technologies.
10 years of experience with CI/CD methodologies and containerized application deployments.
8 years of experience with WebSphere, JBoss, and Agile Development methodologies.
Familiarity with integrating IAM solutions with Angular, ReactJS, and Single Page Applications.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
