Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs and optimize costs.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier performance.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Conduct benchmarking activities for regionally based goods/services.
Negotiate long-term agreements (LTA) with our supply partners.
Identify and capitalize on savings opportunities within assigned spend categories.
Execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with critical vendors.
Support the TP brands local to their location in vendor disputes, supplier development, and cost-out activities.
Be the face of TP procurement to the brands in their local geography.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations, to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Preferred
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
