Responsibilities
Support the month-end close review and monthly business review processes, including preparing budget variance analyses & reconciliations, tracking key operational and financial metrics, and providing business intelligence and decision support to various stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and various executive-level presentations (e.g., quarterly Board materials, Investor Relations materials, other management presentations).
Conduct routine analysis of financial & operational results, interpreting current month performance as a predictive tool for full year expectations.
Support the annual budgeting & monthly forecasting processes.
Organize & leverage large, complex datasets to derive analytical insights.
Assist in continuously developing & implementing process improvements within the Finance team and across the organization, enhancing collaboration, productivity, and transparency between Finance and other stakeholders.
Support any financing activities and/or strategic corporate development initiatives, including M&A activities (covering new opportunity evaluation, diligence support, deal execution, and post-acquisition integration efforts).
Maintain accurate and updated process and assumption documentation for the Finance team.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Required
A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in a role focused on financial analysis and business intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with strong academic credentials.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.
Exceptional attention to detail and command of the facts.
Highly organized, data-driven mindset.
Proactive self-starter able to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data to yield sound, insightful conclusions and business recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and work ethic; skilled at navigating ambiguity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while embracing a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel to Nashville, as needed (if not based in Nashville).
