Responsibilities
Develop deep mastery of DPR’s products, including its Encompass Partner Connect integration and API capabilities.
Conduct compelling, partner-specific product demonstrations that highlight ROI, key functionalities, and value alignment with their objectives.
Build technical proofs of concept and facilitate trials, ensuring partners experience the full potential of DPR’s offerings.
Map partner pain points to DPR’s solutions, proactively recommending tailored configurations and integrations.
Experience administering customer data and interactions with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to manage pipelines, forecasts, and analytics.
Partner with sales executives to navigate multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycles, including executive-level presentations and negotiation support.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine sales materials, messaging, and competitive positioning.
Deliver insightful feedback on market needs and emerging trends to inform product roadmaps and enhance DPR’s competitive edge.
Act as a thought leader and advocate for housing affordability, educating lender partners on the transformative potential of homebuyer assistance programs.
Guide prospective clients through the adoption journey, addressing objections, and building lasting confidence in DPR’s solutions.
Champion user success by collaborating with Customer Success teams to optimize onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Gather and analyze insights on competitive products, industry shifts, and client feedback to refine positioning and drive innovation.
Document and share use cases, success stories, and best practices to enhance internal knowledge-sharing and external marketing efforts.

Required
Ability to quickly master new technology and understand and elaborate the interconnectedness of those technologies via APIs and system/data integrations.
Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry, coupled with user- or administrator-level proficiency in key mortgage technology systems, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Point of Sale (POS) platforms, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a particular emphasis on ICE Encompass LOS.
Deep familiarity with homebuyer assistance programs, housing finance, and their regulatory or operational nuances.
Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders across mortgage fulfillment functions, aligning solutions with business objectives.
Exceptional ability to deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations tailored to executive audiences.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of partner challenges, actively listens to their concerns, exhibits empathy and responds with tailored solutions that align with their unique needs.
Genuine passion for affordable housing and a belief in the transformative power of homebuyer assistance programs.
Self-starting professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Capable of navigating complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Skilled at understanding client challenges, fostering trust, and driving customer success.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, aligning with sales, product, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
Ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
