Responsibilities
Streamline Sales Processes: Analyze workflows, recommend tools, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and boost close rates.
Forecast Success: Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and provide insights to predict future revenue trends.
Keep Leadership Informed: Deliver weekly executive updates and contribute to impactful board presentations showcasing sales performance and strategies.
Optimize CRM Systems: Ensure customer relationship data is accurate and actionable, keeping our sales engine running smoothly.
Leverage Data: Create detailed reports on pipeline metrics, revenue trends, and lead conversions, offering actionable insights to leadership.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with marketing to align lead-generation strategies and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
Support the Team: Provide onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to empower the sales team with the tools they need to excel.

Required
3+ years in sales operations, ideally in legal, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You’re a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and operations.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with medical record retrieval, legal services, or litigation support is a bonus.
