Responsibilities
Prepare and send annual pricing renewal quotes to customers.
Proactively follow up to confirm purchase orders and resolve related issues.
Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to customers regarding purchase orders.
Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Perform non-routine tasks and document them into clear, actionable process flows.
Assist in developing training materials for process improvement.
Work with internal teams, branch staff, and customers to ensure smooth execution of renewal processes.
Potentially oversee the renewal process for a designated territory.
Complete tasks with urgency and efficiency, adhering to established performance metrics.

Required
Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Strong follow-up and issue-resolution skills.
Confident in making follow-up calls and managing customer communications independently.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma.
Preferred
Experience with SAP or willingness to complete training.
Background in Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in order management or a similar field.
