Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance customer programs, including energy efficiency, demand response, electrification, and renewable energy offerings.
Lead the creation of a centralized research repository—a game-changing resource for tracking internal and external research on customer product offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline research and program evaluation.
Present impactful reports, summaries, and insights to optimize program success.

Required
A bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Public Policy, Business, or related field).
3-5 years of experience in energy industry customer programs (e.g., energy efficiency, clean transportation).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in program evaluation, regulatory research, or clean energy is a big plus!
