Responsibilities
Filing and uploading agreements
Pull and review deals from the last 5 years to make sure client is aware of all terms (deadlines, renewals, etc.)
Explain the Ironclad system to CFO and give a tutorial if needed

Required
Strong prior experience using Ironclad to manage contracts
Experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts
Knowledge of contractual requirements
Experience with MSAs, confidentiality agreements, NDAs, and standard vendor contracts
Strong experience in contracts management
Preferred
Experience to the extent they can explain the Ironclad system to CFO and give a tutorial if needed
Good personality and ability to accept direction
