Responsibilities
Should have experience with 0-1 stage for SaaS startups or prior executive experience at a SaaS/Platform business.
Prefer someone with prior entrepreneurial experience building a venture capital backed startup (SaaS and/or Marketplace Platform) or executives with 1st hand experience launching a NEW SaaS/Platform business from the ground up.
Key inputs desired- Competitive strategy/positioning, fund raising, deal structures, financial projections, SaaS pricing/profitability, SaaS business operations.
Should have experience as CTO for early-stage SaaS startup, CIO/CDO/CTO at Fortune 1000 or Engineering executive - VP / Sr.Director / Director - Engineering/IT/IT Consulting/IT Services.
Key inputs desired- Improving SaaS architecture for enterprise adoption including designing for SOC2 compliance, single sign on, enterprise systems integration.
Recommendations for improving internal engineering best practices for Globl.ai software development based on industry best practices with a goal to improve 'speed to ship' product to market.
Ability to contribute towards product strategy - aligning product features with needs of globally distributed enterprise product/IT teams is a HUGE plus.
Experience leading large scale globally distributed product/engineering teams would be immensely helpful.
