Responsibilities
Analyze short-/mid-/longterm talent attraction challenges and devise the corresponding strategy and tactics.
Position EMD as an employer on owned/earned/paid channels.
Develop talent attraction campaigns and activities to be executed with external partners.
Work with senior stakeholders across larger organizations.
Analyze and identify problems and devise strategies and solutions.
Understand and segment customers and audiences.
Develop key messaging for target groups and translate messages into appealing assets (blog, video, articles, OOH media, etc.).
Determine success and ROI using analytical skills.
Steer and supervise external providers in the execution of tactics.

Required
Bachelors required
6-12 month contract opportunity
Full remote work but must live in the Boston MA area
3-5 years experience in marketing communications and employer branding
Experience in working with senior stakeholders across larger organizations
Ability to analyze and identify a problem and devise a strategy and solutions
Ability to understand and segment customers and audiences
Develop key messaging for target groups
Translate key messages into appealing assets (blog, video, articles, OOH media, etc.)
Good analytical skills to determine success and ROI
Ability to steer and supervise external providers in the execution of tactics
