Responsibilities
Lead project teams and foster a collaborative, positive environment.
Assist in creating the Scope of Work (SOW) and outline key deliverables.
Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring all details are well-managed.
Familiarize yourself with Maritz technology platforms and maintain detailed project documentation.
Prepare and monitor project budgets.
Communicate financial updates to the client and internal teams.
Manage supplier payments and finalize billing with accounting.
Serve as the primary contact for the client, ensuring their goals are met.
Maintain open, proactive communication between the client and internal teams.
Oversee project teams to ensure quality and successful execution.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new tech tools
Experience maintaining budgets and developing client relationships
Preferred
1-3 years in event planning or a related role preferred
