Responsibilities
Manage continuous improvement initiatives, guide technical innovation, and ensure excellence in solar energy assessments and pre-construction analysis.
Shape the technical strategy for solar energy initiatives, refining methodologies and exploring industry advancements.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise to foster growth and technical excellence within the team.
Execute on and deliver high-quality solar resource assessments, modeling, and energy production estimates that influence real-world energy decisions, while providing responsive support to clients.

Required
