Responsibilities
Research and identify experienced loan originators who close 2-4 loans per month and align with our cloud-based model.
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, industry databases, job boards, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns tailored to attract experienced loan originators.
Craft compelling messaging and communication strategies to initiate contact with potential leads via email, social media, and text.
Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, providing relevant information about the company’s model, benefits, and unique value proposition.
Qualify leads by assessing their experience, production levels, and interest in transitioning to a cloud-based model.
Pass high-quality, warm leads to the recruiter with detailed notes and insights to facilitate a seamless follow-up process.
Participate in regular strategy meetings with the recruiter to refine targeting and outreach approaches.
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM.
Track key metrics, such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign performance, to optimize strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to the recruitment team and management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and loan originator preferences to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Share market feedback with the team to refine messaging and recruitment strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required with relevant experience).
2+ years of experience in lead generation, talent sourcing, recruitment, or sales in a B2B or mortgage industry setting preferred.
Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and refine targeting strategies based on performance metrics.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation platforms.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
