Responsibilities
Create and implement standardized procedures for managing RFPs, ensuring clarity in requirements, specifications, and criteria for company projects and services.
Conduct thorough post-RFP analyses to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Develop strategies to accurately calculate and interpret LCV, providing insights into the long-term revenue potential from customer relationships.
Analyze and refine the understanding of CAC to enhance the efficiency of customer acquisition strategies, contributing to better alignment with revenue goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deal support and economics.
Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to benchmark company performance against industry standards.
Provide insights into competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Assist in developing business cases for large or strategic sales opportunities, demonstrating the potential financial impact and value proposition.
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather relevant data and insights, ensuring cohesive and informed decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements within the deal support and economic analysis functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate potential risks associated with deals, including financial, operational, and market risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
1-5 years experience in sales support, finance, or revenue analysis.
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to align goals and strategies.
Expected Travel for this position: 25%
