Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP

Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes

Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements

Monitor general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations

Prepare inter-company reconciliations

Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial reports

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Participate in the audit/tax prep process and liaise with external auditors

Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Provide financial analysis to support management decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial issues

Participate in system implementations and upgrades as needed

Assist CFO and Controller with ad hoc reporting and projects
