Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans to support brand objectives and business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Create a strategy focused on consumer definition for each sales channel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively.
Track and manage marketing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Use project management tools to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Develop and manage engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites.
Work closely with the Retention Marketing team to create impactful email content based on overarching brand strategy.
Partner with SEO Leader to create brand content around SEO key words and KPIs.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
Oversee the creative process and approve content to ensure it meets brand standards and objectives.
AI driven mindset that understands how to leverage innovative tools disrupting content writing, proofing, and targeting customers.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and its products.
Manage influencer relationships and ensure alignment with brand values.
Track and report on the performance of social media and influencer campaigns.
Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation, addressing any negative feedback or issues promptly.
Partner with customer service to respond to reviews across platforms
Partner with Paid Media team to ensure priorities align to the go-to market-spend across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired KPIs.

Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in brand management, content creation, social media, or digital marketing in fast-paced direct-to-consumer digitally savvy organization.
Formidable understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools including the use of the rapidly evolving landscape around AI which aid in efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
