Responsibilities
Manage and execute Community Impact programs under our Signature Serves umbrella
Partner with national and local nonprofit and industry organizations to create customized campaigns supporting our impact pillars and activating team members in service activities
Develop our companywide volunteer calendar and subsequent event coordination with FBOs, including creating monthly toolkits.
Oversee our internal Serves Council, including hosting ongoing meetings and managing the implementation calendar and budget for events.
Manage our team member experience and recognition platform
Manage platform launch and coordinate across multiple departments that will be included within it
Monitor team member engagement and collaborate with internal teams to drive team member engagement
Point of contact for our vendor and team member questions
Responsible for monthly recaps, reporting, and program recommendations based on data
Oversee our global giving and volunteering platform
Manage our relationship with platform vendor on how to continuously develop and grow the system, leveraging best practices across the industry
Prepare quarterly reports demonstrating impact and share with senior leadership
Supervise how the evolution of our giving and volunteering programs come to life across the platform, and it works in conjunction with our recognition platform
Work closely with various corporate teams, particularly marketing, and comms, to execute internal marketing campaigns and platform branding
Build and maintain strong partnerships
Establish effective relationships with nonprofit partners, event and platform vendors, internal corporate teams, field teams
Comfort leading cross-functional task forces and interacting with all levels of management
Nurture relationships with nonprofit partners who align with our focus areas

Required
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a closely aligned function (Corporate Responsibility, Nonprofit Management, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, etc.)
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven ability to successfully work in a decentralized organization and develop & maintain effective working relationships across the organization
Project and event management experience, including large-scale event planning; volunteer-oriented experiences preferred
Familiarity with/Experience working with social impact platforms (ideally YourCause) and managing overall vendor relationships.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
