Responsibilities
Supervise and develop one direct report (Digital Commerce Analyst)
Responsible for Wholesale 1P, 3P, Fresh
Primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Managers and Amazon Vendor Services (AVS)
Act as resource for Professional Products division to ensure efficiencies in total brand's presence in the marketplace
Lead development and execution of Ghirardelli strategy across all components of the Amazon flywheel (selection, traffic generation, customer experience, cost structure optimization)
Lead Annual Vendor Negotiations (AVN) to maximize profitability
Supervise day-to-day operations including inventory management, forecasting, pricing, advertising and content presence
Oversee accuracy of customer financial plans in Trade planning system across 1P, 3P and Fresh
Supervise Analyst in ensuring accuracy of Amazon product catalog to improve weekly ordering process and reduce chargebacks
Perform root cause analysis to improve service levels and reduce cost to serve in partnership with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Supply Chain leads
Partner with Senior Manager, Digital Commerce & Omnichannel Marketing to optimize AMS and DSP campaigns
Collaborate with Content Manager to ensure execution and compliance of best-in-class PDP and Brand Store content
Leverage digital shelf and sales & share performance metrics to maximize business opportunities
