Responsibilities
Community Development: Build and manage vibrant online communities for New Moons, ensuring they are inclusive, engaging, and aligned with the game’s vision.
Player Engagement: Interact with fans, responding to questions, feedback, and concerns across community platforms.
Growth Strategies: Develop and implement campaigns to grow the player base, such as events, contests, and challenges.
Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between the community and the development team, collecting and presenting player insights to help improve the game.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to create and share engaging content that resonates with the community.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of gaming community trends to ensure New Moons remains relevant and engaging.

Required
Proven experience in managing and growing communities for gaming titles.
Familiarity with platforms like Discord, Reddit, and social media channels.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to connect authentically with gamers.
Passion for FPS and sci-fi genres, with a deep understanding of gamer culture.
Ability to analyze and report on community engagement metrics to inform strategies.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships.
Preferred
Experience hosting or moderating events, livestreams, or AMA sessions is a plus.
