Responsibilities
Own revenue targets and quotas, ensuring consistent performance through proactive lead generation, qualification, and deal closing.
Fill pipeline gaps by hunting new opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting them into long-term customers.
Manage the entire customer journey, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Develop strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and effectively presenting tailored solutions.
Use video calls, phone, email, and digital communication tools to engage prospects, build trust, and close deals remotely.
Conduct personalized product demos and presentations to demonstrate the value of RAES solutions in addressing specific customer challenges.
Maximize the value of leads passed on by marketing while independently generating additional leads to maintain a strong pipeline.
Accurately log all activities, conversations, and updates in the CRM system to maintain a transparent and actionable sales funnel.
Track and report key metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue contribution, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Proactively identify and address roadblocks to meet or exceed sales goals.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to position RAES as the preferred solution.
Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and tailor communications to resonate with target audiences.
Partner with marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and align sales approaches with broader company goals.
Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback and insights to influence product development and service enhancements.

Required
Proven success in a remote sales or business development role with measurable achievements in hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with an ability to connect with prospects virtually.
Strong proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot, sales automation platforms, and virtual communication software (e.g., Google Meet, Slack).
A proactive, self-starter mentality with a focus on results, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
Passion for helping businesses grow and a commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.

Firsthand experience working in the roofing industry or related trade.
