Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to promote the organization’s brand and services
Create and manage a cross-platform content strategy that aligns with organizational goals
Manage social media efforts and amplify impactful stories from key stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage of the organization’s initiatives
Write and edit press releases, articles, and other content materials to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in public relations, content strategy, or social media
Previous experience in managing a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong media relations skills with a proven track record
Preferred
Experience in crisis communication and managing sensitive issues
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content management systems
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
