Responsibilities
Facilitate strategic planning and communications across internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor policies and programs
Utilize project management skills to complete tasks according to project plans and timelines
Assist in quantitative analysis and data-oriented tasks, including financial modeling
Contribute to written deliverables such as memos, reports, and technical assistance tools

Required
Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree
Experience in planning and executing projects, including managing events and workshops
Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, communications, or facilitation
Proven ability to create and deliver compelling reports and presentations to influence client action
US work authorization and residence in the US for the past seven years
Preferred
MBA, MPP, MPA, MPH, MEM, MHA is strongly preferred
Experience in data analysis and visualization using Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
Project Management, Process Improvement, Communication, or Change Management Certification is desirable
Previous experience as a consultant is strongly preferred
