Required
A minimum of 10 years of commercial litigation experience.
Experience should include conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients.
J.D. and excellent academics.
CA Bar license.
Limited career moves, please.
Preferred
Experience in both state and federal court is preferred.
Experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is a plus.
