Responsibilities
Configure and launch digital advertising campaigns across Lee Enterprises' and Amplified Digital’s owned and operated websites, email platforms, and additional ad products.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure proper setup, including creative uploads, audience targeting, and placement scheduling.
Work across multiple platforms, including ad servers, email marketing tools, and other advertising systems, to ensure campaigns meet client specifications.
Set up and deploy email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content integration, and A/B testing.
Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and implement strategies to enhance outcomes.
Monitor live campaigns across websites, email platforms, and other ad channels to ensure delivery and performance meet client goals.
Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, email formatting, creative assets, and targeting.
Analyze campaign data from multiple sources and provide optimization recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Serve as a key point of contact for sales, account managers, and creative teams to gather campaign requirements and ensure successful launches.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve campaign issues and implement improvements.
Conduct rigorous QA checks to ensure campaigns adhere to client specifications, internal policies, and industry standards.
Verify proper tracking implementation and reporting accuracy for all campaigns.
Generate detailed performance reports across web, email, and other ad products; deliver actionable insights to drive success.
Maintain organized documentation and records of campaign details, changes, and results.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
1+ years of experience in digital advertising, email marketing, or campaign management.
Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Xandr), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and analytics tools.
Deep understanding of digital advertising concepts, email marketing strategies, and performance optimization techniques.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience troubleshooting campaign issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
