Responsibilities
Guide clients through the successful adoption and utilization of the market-leading smart building operating system.
Work with multiple clients, client stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption & utilization of SaaS solutions.
Drive toward quantifiable benefits and value delivery across a comprehensive suite of integrated smart building technologies.

Required
4+ years experience in customer success, sales engineering, or account management in a data-centric solutions environment.
Experience dealing with enterprise business clients in; Real Estate, Building Management, and/or Facilities Operations.
Experience managing multiple projects at once whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel.
Preferred
Exposure to BMS/Controls preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
