Responsibilities
Set the Company’s marketing vision, goals and KPIs that align with and accelerate InProduction’s key business objectives
Establish an outbound, performance-based marketing function within the Company, focused on driving additional leads for the Company through measurable channels, including search, SEO, social media, and email marketing
Create, manage, and track progress on marketing KPIs, regularly providing insights to help drive optimization
Partner with sales team to establish and refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance
Create dashboards to measure pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and top of funnel marketing impact. Report monthly progress to the management team and BOD
Provide ROI assessments for marketing channels / activities and support the annual marketing budget planning process
Create a process to monitor and evaluate the sources and quality of marketing leads
Segment existing customers and prospects to more effectively nurture leads and upsells
Refresh and create new and engaging marketing collateral to be used by the sales team
Build relevant content including thought leadership, messaging, and presentations, partnering closely with management and sales
Create email nurture campaigns utilizing CRM data
Assist the Company in finding and preparing for relevant industry trade shows
Assist in positioning the Company’s website to be optimized for various marketing channels
Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms to monitor audience behavior, sales funnels, and customer engagement metrics

Required
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing / demand generation as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating marketing plans, optimizing processes, and measuring results
Ability to develop high-level marketing strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Hubspot or similar CRM, Marketing Automation tools, Business Intelligence tools, and marketing strategies
Robust analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive performance and optimization
