Responsibilities

Coordinating large-scale events

Streamlining marketing projects

Ensuring cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and other teams

Creating and managing detailed project plans for marketing initiatives

Serving as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams

Monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, and communicating updates to ensure seamless execution and alignment across departments

Required

Highly organized individual who can juggle multiple projects at once

Experience coordinating large-scale events

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams

Experience in planning and executing major national conferences, trade shows, and local/regional events

Ability to create and manage detailed project plans for marketing initiatives

Experience in ensuring assets are delivered on time and within scope

Ability to serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams

Experience in monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, and communicating updates
