Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering optimal technical availability and service coverage across a geographic area or region.

Provide guidance on key administrative and analytical activities related to technician availability, resource allocation, shift planning, technician scheduling and project planning.

Provides support to Incident Management, business teams and technicians in an effort to achieve key metrics, drive operational efficiencies, manage costs and achieve customer SLAs.

Collaborates with field management on technician and flex labor resource planning.

Strong communication skills to provide guidance and support.
