Responsibilities
Interact directly with clients to define business requirements and resolve key pain points
Lead project workstreams, owning the end-to-end solution build
Collaborate with project teams, contributing and effectively communicating ideas
Design, build, and test Anaplan solutions
Deliver solution training to our clients
Lead and assist in translating business processes into cloud solutions
Contribute to team and project documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
Mentor Analysts and develop internal Karta assets

Required
1-5 years of experience in Consulting or Business Planning (Finance/FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Ops)
1-3 years of experience with Anaplan model building or similar EPM technology
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn, be mentored, and demonstrate high levels of initiative in a team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
