Responsibilities

Perform data entry that supports the functions of the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Certified Medication Technician (CMT), Level One Medication Aide, (L1MA and Insulin Administration (IA) registry.

This unit utilizes the PROD system, Outlook, and KOFAX. It requires the ability to accurately enter data and validate correspondence in a timely manner.

Further, this employee will process reciprocity requests, provide correspondence and add the student to the registry.

Answering phone calls during the call center hours, while providing assistance and guidance needed

Provide and assists with challenge request for the CNA certification by processing, verifying and corresponding with the applicant.
