Responsibilities
Direct project management practices using cutting-edge agile methodologies for your portfolio.
Collaborate with the PMO to craft and execute game-changing processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
Ensure consistent HR policies, working hand-in-hand with Px to create a harmonious work environment.
Support your structure and deftly handle escalations to the VP when the situation calls for it.
Define global forecasts for your project portfolio, steering the ship towards success.
Ensure your team adheres to established methodologies, keeping the gears of progress well-oiled.
Partner with Account VPs to tackle complex client issues, turning challenges into opportunities.
Orchestrate effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
Craft an environment of success and satisfaction for both customers and team members throughout every project.

Required
6+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management, juggling Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets like a pro.
A natural inclination towards customer satisfaction and success.
Skilled in the art of budget management and financial finesse.
Battle-tested experience in Software Development Management and hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
Deep familiarity with Agile Methodologies and their practical applications.
Strong communication skills that can bridge cultures and time zones.
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science that laid the groundwork for your tech leadership.
Advanced English proficiency to navigate global waters with ease.
