Responsibilities
Managing, directing and overseeing the operations and administration of internal projects
Understanding and orchestrating Oracle's sales workflow and deal processes
Providing visible leadership, accountability and authority to project stakeholders and team members
Collaborating across LOB’s and teams to support global execution
Working independently and exhibiting a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered
Developing recommended solutions and driving implementation of new processes and procedures

Required
6 to 10+ years of experience
Ability to manage conflict and negotiate resolution
Ability to drive for results through ownership and continuous passion for improvements
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members (in and outside of Global Revenue Operations)
Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings
Write, verbally share/inform, and present to a varied audience in a professional and approachable manner
Communicate succinctly at a high level with executive management
Able to respond to varied and unique requests while meeting Global Revenue Operations policies
Listen to the needs of employees and internal customers and accommodate needs reasonably, while upholding Oracle’s policies
Plan, meet deadlines, anticipate change, and drive project team to execute program activities
Identify issues and work with project team to analyze and arrive at a solution creatively to achieve the best solution
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent client-facing communication skills
