Responsibilities
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential
Responsible for input and maintenance of employee data in HRIS databases, including processing new hires, changes, and terminations.
Assists HR Generalist with events and catering
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process, and with employment contractors, managing and scheduling interviews and creating offer letters
Manage background screening process
Coordinate onboarding process for new employees, including new hire orientation, processing onboarding paperwork and creating/update employee files
Maintains employee personnel files, digital and physical
Employment verifications
Maintain social media accounts and company website
Maintain calendars as needed
Other HR and administrative duties as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of administrative assistant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate general office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Experience maintaining confidential information
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors in HR or administrative field preferred
exposure to HR department preferred
Marketing experience a plus but not required
