Responsibilities
Gather, develop, and document requirements.
Review and develop business processes.
Validate user acceptance testing.
Conduct research and provide support to users.
Ensure deliverables are maintained per established procedures.
Work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
Prepare documentation, including traceability matrices, use cases, and technical specifications.
Support user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.
Analyze production support issues and recommend solutions.

Required
8 years : Business analysis experience in software development projects.
8 years : Proficiency in technical writing, MS Office Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, SnagIt).
8 years : Experience in requirements elicitation, client management, and technical documentation.
8 years : Expertise in facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
8 years : Strong analysis skills to assess and resolve production support issues.
8 years : Experience in functional design, systems specifications, and process improvement.
8 years : Leading user acceptance testing, training, and implementation.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with: Mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce environments.
Remedyforce, Core Java/J2EE, and relational databases.
Experience in process improvement strategies.
Proven ability to design and implement efficient processes.
Industry experience in Oil and Gas compliance and enforcement projects.
