Responsibilities

Partner with the Recruitment team to directly source by utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques

Work collaboratively with recruitment and marketing to develop sourcing campaigns

Cold call through database and lists

Develop active and passive pipelines of talent for current and future needs

Provide weekly sourcing activity report that includes metrics, sourcing plans, priorities and initiatives

Work directly with Clinical Recruiter to support urgent needs

Participate in meetings with the recruitment team to discuss new job orders and priority needs

Develop relationships with programs nationwide to ensure we are capturing all new graduate talent
