Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive web and digital strategy that aligns with business goals, enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and brand perception.
Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, customer success, etc.) to translate business priorities into actionable digital initiatives.
Serve as a thought leader, driving innovation in digital marketing and web technologies.
Lead the evolution of the corporate website, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Oversee the implementation of personalization, A/B testing, and analytics tools to optimize user experiences.
Manage the integration of web platforms with CRM, marketing automation, and other key systems.
Create seamless, customer-centric digital journeys that connect website visitors with relevant content, solutions, and resources.
Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging analytics, heat mapping, and performance dashboards.
Lead SEO, backlinking, and other traffic-driving strategies to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of web developers, designers, and digital marketers.
Foster a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful initiatives.
Manage vendor and agency relationships to augment in-house capabilities as needed.
Own and optimize the web and digital marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Ensure compliance with accessibility, data privacy, and other regulatory requirements across digital assets.
Implement processes to streamline digital campaign execution, reporting, and iterative improvements.

Required
8+ years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in scaling enterprise-level websites, with localization experience, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Expertise in web development technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, UX/UI best practices, and performance optimization.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments is highly preferred.
