Required
5–6 years of professional experience in email marketing, campaign management, and demand generation.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Expertise in creating campaigns that nurture leads and boost customer acquisition.
Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging subject lines, persuasive CTAs, and impactful email content.
Skilled in designing visually appealing, responsive email templates.
Experience creating personalized, data-driven content to improve customer engagement.
Proficiency in setting up and managing automated workflows for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with testing subject lines, layouts, and content to improve key metrics like open and click-through rates.
Advanced understanding of segmentation strategies to target diverse customer personas.
Ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Email Marketing software for campaign creation and management, including Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools.
Experienced in Email Testing processes and tools to ensure quality across multiple email clients and devices.
Knowledge of coding basics (HTML/CSS) for troubleshooting and customizing email templates.
Skilled in Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and deliverability.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio or examples of successful email marketing campaigns.
