Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform and its third party integrations, ensuring system performance and reliability

Monitor and resolve user issues and discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth user experience

Create and manage user licensing, accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and accessibility

Develop and optimize reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and help drive strategic decision-making

Identify unused or underutilized platform features

Stay current on new features to improve user efficiency and functionality and assist with the implementation of Salesforce updates, enhancements, and new features

Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives

Provide training and support to users, helping them to maximize their use of the Salesforce system

Own proactive system maintenance and communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

Draft and maintain technical documentation and assist with training curriculum development as needed

Lead/assist with projects defined by leadership as needed

Maintain vigilance, rigor and discipline of enterprise-wide SFDC roadmap and ensure all integrations, features, etc. are reviewed, documented and approved as part of roadmap
