Responsibilities

Backup to Content Manager.

Conduct QC checks on all assets.

Perform monthly content takedowns/refreshers.

Archive all content in the digital management system.

Ensure digital assets are easily accessible to the necessary teams and individuals.

Train staff on effective use of digital assets and associated systems.

Required

Proficiency in digital asset management software and production tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in the media production industry.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.

Background in project management or related field.
