Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our Director of Information Security to implement and maintain robust security strategies for all endpoints, specialized equipment, and company data and infrastructure.

Participate in the company's ongoing SOC 2 and HITRUST audit and compliance initiatives, taking ownership of IT policies and controls.

Contribute to the creation and enforcement of IT policies that align with our business objectives.

Conduct regular audits and implement strategic improvements to enhance the organizational security posture.

Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring a secure and productive IT environment while maintaining compliance with company-wide IT standards and industry regulations (including HIPAA).

Develop comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees, providing IT orientation and resources to ensure a smooth transition into the IT environment.

Lead technology training sessions to foster a culture of good security practices and efficient IT resource utilization.

Lead the IT support team, providing timely and effective resolution of technical problems and complex issues for all of our employees.

Build trust and a positive IT culture through empathetic and proactive support.

Ensure seamless access for employees across numerous platforms, maintaining the integrity of our security protocols through rigorous compliance.

Leverage automation to streamline processes, reduce errors in configuration changes, and improve efficiency.

Oversee the lifecycle of hardware inventory, from procurement to buyback, while negotiating and managing relationships with vendors to secure optimal value and service.

Manage the IT budget and procurement process, evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts for hardware, software, and services.
