Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable generative AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

Oversee the development and implementation of generative models, including but not limited to Natural Language Processing (NLP), image generation, and other relevant applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in AI development, deployment, and optimization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation within the organization.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, models, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support and training as needed.

Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions, adjusting as necessary.

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

5+ years as a Solutions Architect, AI Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on generative AI technologies.

2+ years experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
