Responsibilities

Interview clients to determine creditworthiness, review personal financial documents, and determine best total financing package
Maintain relationships with referral partners
Work closely with processing to ensure smooth loan process from contract through closing
Understand and stay up to date on current market conditions, program guidelines, and niche loan options

At least 2 year of mortgage originating experience
History of closing an average of 2 loans a month
Full understanding of mortgage guidelines (FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, renovation, construction, Non-QM, etc.)
Maintain active and up to date state and national license
