Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for Anthology’s employees globally, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures for company-wide payroll processing and accounting

Assisting in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, supporting the onboarding of new employees

Managing and mentoring a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support

Partnering with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas to provide data and reports as needed and ensuring responsive resolution of employee payroll issues/inquiries

Supporting payroll activities for expansion into new international locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations

Developing and monitoring internal controls to accurately report financial information for the payroll department

Managing relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with contractual obligations

Overseeing year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms to employees and authorities
