Responsibilities
Delivering quality Integrated Program Management solutions to customers by understanding end-user needs, user/role-based security, product configuration, testing, and deployment.
Coordinating with application team members and users to provide support for integrated business collaboration solutions.
Supporting the Program Finance leaders in fulfilling their responsibilities to ongoing cross-department continuous improvement, problem-solving, project implementation, training, and governance efforts.

Required
A Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field and typically 10+ years of related work experience.
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience in Deltek Cobra and/or other similar Integrated Program Management software solutions
Strong facilitation skills that address complex IT and Business stakeholder concerns, specifically around tool maintenance and continuous improvement activities
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
Preferred
Ability to resolve advanced Cobra troubleshooting and administration requests
Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks to fulfill requested changes, enhancements, and updates to existing processes and tools
Competency documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business application (Deltek Cobra)
Continuous engagement to understand current and future tool capabilities relative to business needs
Ability to develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions.
Foundational understanding of Program Management processes
Familiarity with DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Knowledge of program finance processes, procedures, and tools
