Responsibilities
Conducting operational due diligence across a range of investment types, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and public equities.
Identifying and understanding operational risks associated with investment strategies.
Evaluating the quality of fund systems, controls, infrastructure, and personnel.
Using technology and systems to synthesize data and achieve efficiencies.
Involved in knowledge management and best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant major such as finance, economics, forensic journalism, business, law, or accounting
Experience in the alternatives space, including private equity and hedge funds
Strong understanding of financial institution operations, investment strategies, and instruments
General working knowledge of operational infrastructure, internal control design, valuation of investment portfolios, trading operations, and regulatory compliance programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
General PC experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and SharePoint
High degree of integrity and ethics
Ability to work at a fast pace
Capacity to multitask
Team player with an interest in professional growth and development
